We all know that too much stress can become a problem, when experienced for long periods and when there’s no “relaxation moments”.

Rita choosed being tied up to understand how her body and mind would react to this experience, to test and challenge her self control. Along the way, she “let herself go” and entered in another state of mind. She felt calmer, more present and free. She found her stress reliever.
